Return Requests

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted once production has begun.

However, we understand that every situation is unique. In certain circumstances, FridgeVinyl may review and approve return or refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval. Each request will be evaluated individually based on the specific circumstances, order status, product condition, and supporting information provided.

Warranty Protection

Customers who purchase the 30-Day Warranty or Lifetime Warranty add-on are eligible for replacement coverage according to the selected plan.

30-Day Warranty: One replacement for manufacturing defects or shipping damage reported within 30 days of delivery.

Lifetime Warranty: One replacement for manufacturing defects or shipping damage after delivery with proof of purchase and proof of issue.
